should we recommend to use create cloudflare instead? 🤔 (create cloudflare does have vike support)

Yea I thought about it, but I'm still slightly more inclined to recommend create-vike because it supports many tools.

For me it's more of a question with consistency with the other pages 🙂
Anyways the PR got merged so I guess it's fine as is 😄 👍
