🟡 Inconsistent link update: rollout_step_percentage link not updated to match rollout_active_grace_period

The PR updated the rollout_active_grace_period link at src/content/docs/workers/wrangler/configuration.mdx:1252 from /containers/faq#how-do-container-updates-and-rollouts-work to /containers/platform-details/rollouts/, but left the identical link pattern at line 1256 for rollout_step_percentage unchanged. This is an incomplete transformation — the same link should be updated consistently across both fields.
