Feature Request: Support DaemonSet as an alternative deployment mode

Hello!

It would be nice if the chart could allow switching to DaemonSet deployment mode, unless there is a reason why that is not a good idea in general.

I'd be happy to help out by creating a PR for this feature, if needed.

I looked at this as well. The reason to no do this is the limitations of max 25 cloudflared instances per tunnel. (Not a problem on smaller clusters)
I went with a PDB and affinity solution instead to ensure a good spread and that tunnels are up before removing nodes.
