On Linux, workerd is installed via optionalDependencies. If a user installs with flags that omit optional deps (e.g. --omit=optional / --no-optional / yarn --ignore-optional) the platform binary (e.g. @cloudflare/workerd-linux-64) will be missing and builds will fail.
This PR adds a short troubleshooting note + quick fix commands.
