This PR simply updates the configure file to detect ARM64 architecture on machines that report either aarch64 or arm64. Previously, only systems reporting aarch64 were detected.

$ uname -m
arm64
$ sw_vers
ProductName:		macOS
ProductVersion:		13.3
BuildVersion:		22E252
$ sysctl hw.model
hw.model: Mac14,10
