css issue - mulitple select cell constrained by <td>

hi just pulled 0.2.6 for the multiselect :-)

but seems like a css problem is cropping the values...

i'll have a go at a css patch if you want

attached screenshot - right middle - this multi select has three options - and you can only see one & half (tested in firefox 12 and chrome 26 - both very similar)

this isn't perfect - but works on my firefox and chrome - makes the table rows expand and shrink to accomodate options which isn't ideal
