This pipeline job should ensure that the used blobs are checked for updates once every day.
For that we get the latest version available on github for the blobs, compare it with the currently used version. If the github version is higher than the currently used version we download the new binary archive. We add the new blob, we remove the old blob. We adjust the package information within the bosh release and upload the blobs.
Afterwards we commit all changes, push the branch and create a PR.
If there is already a PR we skip committing and pushing the changes.
