Hi, was there any update on this? It would be useful to have this change in the codebase for 2.3.1 compatibility as we're currently needing to use a forked release to add the modification. Thanks! |

Hi @chris-pook. This has been implemented and would be released in the next version. As the next version has some changes that require through QA, we are currently in the process of performing it. Once QA is complete to our satisfaction the new version, including this appreciated PR, would be released. Thanks |

This relates to issue #26
Use the SKIP_DOTS flag to prevent the recursive image search trying to check "media/.." which causes Magento >= 2.3.0 to throw an exception.
