comet: bulk rename #166
Description
we want a bulk rename command similar to the one we used to have in the old cloudmesh that when host lists result in the same number for from and to, they are mapped onto the new name.
A --dryrun flag can be used to see what is done, but its not executed so one can doublecheck.
each from to is listed in the form in table form, e.g. width is fixed by widest name with .format
oldanme -> newname
