comet: cluster view

cluster view.

If a computeset is powered on and stuck in the 'submitted' state (an issue on the backend) it is not shown in the cluster view. Since the '--format=csv' option is only available for the cluster view I think we need to be sure that 'submitted' computesets are included in the cluster view.
