Resource requests/limits settings not available for sidecar container

Hi,

Currently there is no way to set resource requests/limits for cpu/memory other then via LimitRange object.
In case other plugins appear, there would be no way to differentiate resources request/limits for them.
Plugin should allow to set those parameters for the sidecar container.
