Summary

Updated version from 8.5 to 8.6.0 across all projects
Modified update_version.ps1 script with new version numbers
All projects build successfully

Changes

Updated $oldVersion from '8.5' to '8.6'
Updated $newVersion from "8.5.0" to "8.6.0"
Updated $newWildcardVersion from "8.5." to "8.6."
Applied version updates to all .csproj files via PowerShell script
