社区版v1.9.37，本地部署，使用json表单的时候发现提交按钮失效，调研过appsmith和在线版的pageluge都没有这种问题

Steps To Reproduce

1. 新增json表单并且设置好默认json
2. 设置提交时触发的事件
3. 点击提交无反应

在线pageplug是1.8.15的版本，可以更新下38的版本，用阿里云的镜像地址：registry.cn-beijing.aliyuncs.com/cloudtogo-offical/pageplug-ce:v1.9.38-amd
