Metadata for more resource types

Multiple projects have inquired about metadata for other types of resources, e.g. space-level metadata, user-level metadata, collection-level metadata. Expanding this for new resource types will have consequences for search and indexing as well.

for an example, if a user represents a lab with specific microscope settings, rather than repeat for every dataset, list once at space or user level

If you are ok with jsonld metadata, 'file/dataset add schema.org' #332 while wait/prepping for sitemaps, added space metadata as well

Would it make sense to add a new endpoint
POST/GET/DELETE /api/metadata/:resourcetyp/:id

POST /api/metadata/file/a9sdu8032hrud {json object}

This can then replace:

/api/datasets/:id/metadata ===> @api.Datasets.addMetadata(id: UUID)
