Create a separate page to list all extractors with detailed information

Right now we have a lot of information on each extractor, but we don't have a centralized place to display them (not for submitting purpose, but just listing them)

• Create a "Extractors" tab on the sidebar

• Maybe a table view listing all of them
• Utilize all information returned from backend
• There are redux action to use fetchListeners
