The Dynet in FatDynet needs to be updated from the CLAB version

Updates to the CLAB version included changes to C++ code and also contributions to the C, C#, and Rust versions. Neither Java nor Scala code was updated. That means we are very likely missing access to these new parts:

• SparseLSTMBuilder
• EGTrainer
• round, ceil, floor expressions and nodes

The C++ changes resulted in no modification to the automatically generated Java code. However, the exact values calculated by the networks have changed slightly. For example,

This merge was done once in preparation for releasing the parallel version, but needs to be done again before reunification with the serial version.
