downloaded files not appearing in certain apps

Desibe the bug
When downloading files through the app either video or image, it will not show up in some apps such as discord, however changing the file name fixes this issue or going to the source i.e e621 and downloading the image/video from there

1. Download any media
2. Check discord upload files on mobile *recently downloaded media doesn't appear
3. Rename recently downloaded media (can just remove 1 characteror add 1 character
4. Check discord again *downloaded media shows up now

Expected behavior
Downloading anything should show up however it doesn't until downloaded from the source i.e e621 or has the name for the file changed

• Version [Android 14, one ui 6.1]

Additional context
Did a little bit of digging and it seems to be the way the file type is used when downloading a file, discord will only recognize the newly downloaded file if it has the file type at the end i.e .png, .jpg, having an option to download the file from the source could fix this issue?

A few users have reported this was only an Android 14 issue, never used to have this problem either until eventually updating my phone.
