This PR contains the addition of a few HLT paths introduced to monitor the old isolation working point. Also leg matching of the double muon path legs has been improved and few intermediate filters have been added
as this branch has been used to produce the TnP trees v3.1, it would be good to have it in a tag called 74X-v3p1 for consistency
