[Bug] `.github/workflows/codacy.yml` has no option for `remark-lint` footnote use.

Description / background

Since GitHub is one of the few platforms which use Pandoc footnotes, remark-lint won't set the default to allow (although there are requests to): remarkjs/remark-lint#234 (comment)

Push Markdown which references Pandoc footnotes

remark-lint's author says to raise this issue with you: https://github.com/orgs/remarkjs/discussions/1392#discussioncomment-11567109

This comment says that .remarkrc's "plugins": [ list must include "footnotes", to allow those: remarkjs/remark-lint#234 (comment)

remark-lint's author says that just Codacy can solve the issue.
