Delete all submissions except latest and best

In Codalab, there was an option to delete all submissions beside the latest and the best. See screenshot:

I couldn't find this feature in Codabench. Is it implemented and, if so, how can I activate it?

This feature is not implemented on Codabench currently.

On a related matter, we are adding the possibility for the participants to remove submissions to manage their storage space: #1738

I am closing this issue because I don't think we plan to implement this feature. The individual quota / storage management already have this role.
