Problem with leaderboard

Hello,

There's a problem when displaying the results on the final phase on our challenge.

n/a showing on all the participants' scores except one.

The scores are well computed and we can see them as administrator on the submissions panel.

For me the scores appear as "N/a" when I enter the page, but after ~5 seconds the scores load and it appears all fine:

Hello, I stay on the page for multiple minutes, I tried on firefox and chromium, and my colleague tried on chrome on windows. We still have the same problem:

Oh, I see. Indeed I can see the problem on final phase.

It is surprising because by downloading the scoring output it looks like everything went fine and all scores are there.

We are going to investigate the issue and come back to you as soon as possible.

I am looking at everything and I really don't get the problem.
Each submission seems well processed, the results are their, even the detailed results.

Then, in the leaderboard, with the same submission IDs, their are empty, showing N/a and 404 not found for the detailed results.

@ObadaS @ihsaan-ullah Any clue about this? It is a shame to have this final leaderboard showing only missing results.

@Didayolo @ihsaan-ullah Actually, I have been stuck with resolving this problem of n/a for some of the participants in our competitions' leaderboard here: https://www.codabench.org/competitions/10869/#/results-tab. Attached an screenshot here as well

Can you provide any quick resolution on the fix? Thanks!

Do you have any clue where the N/a comes from? Did the participants remove submissions?
Are you using the "Force Best" leaderboard submission rule?
