Chahub cleanup - remaining points

#1893 has removed chahub related stuff but some points are mentiond in the PR that need to be addressed.

Except the following occurrences, All Chahub related stuff is removed:

1. Comment about chahub: I am not sure what this comment means
2. Datasets Management Tag: Should we change this message?
3. Submissions Management Tag: Should we change this message?
