Add a Bundles tab in Resources view

A brief description of the purpose of the changes contained in this PR.

This adds a tab in the Resources view (Bundles tab) that displays the bundles and dump created by the user.

A checklist for hand testing

• New tab "Bundle"
• Include bundles and dumps
• Possibility to remove dumps
• Bundles should be removed when removing a competition
