@ihsaan-ullah I merge this but I realized just now that the "ID" column seems to be wrong. I have an user with ID "2", and in the CSV it is reported as ID "4". |

This PR adds an option to allow competition organizers to download a list of all participants
Participants tab now has a new
download all participantsbutton.When you click this button you get a csv like this: participants.csv
