Config error modal not opening for some invalid destinations

Typically, an error modal would appear when attempting to use a destination that is not a valid Kin token account. However, this does not appear to be the case for the text Email to tip.

Something is tripping up before the config error state can be shown.

It is actually not possible to open the error modal in this case. The error is thrown right before the event channel and iframe url are constructed. The only thing that can be done is to not show the button; #8 does this.
