[NGO Admin Dashboard] Improve NGO Admin notification for data update requirement

Current context

Currently, the notification card that alerts users to update their data is not effectively communicating the urgency and consequences of not updating their information. The wording and design are not compelling enough, which could potentially lead to many users missing the deadline and facing account suspension. We need to redesign the card to ensure it captures users' attention, clearly communicates the importance of the action required, and encourages prompt updates to avoid account suspension.

Suggestions for a quick fix

We could start by working on the wording per se which shall clearly state the consequence of not updating your data. Currently there is no mention of their accounts being suspended, even if this is the business rule. Second, we can change the icon.

Suggestions for a permanent fix

Change the whole component from card to alert. Example:

We have 2 places in which the data should be updated each year by an NGO => we will have 2 alerts. We will have the 2 banners on top of the page and we will keep the card as well (of course, changing its icon in order to match the one of the alerts).

These are the texts for the 2 alerts:

• Datele financiare ale organizației nu sunt actualizate. Actualizează-ți datele pentru a putea continua să folosești NGO Hub (with a link on the last sentance to the tab where they are supposed to update their data)

• Raportările organizației nu sunt actualizate. Adaugă noile raportări pentru a putea continua să folosești NGO Hub (with a link to ONG-ul in numere)

The alerts should look as follows:

The alerts should disappear one by one after the NGO updates their info.
