Refresh Needed for Nonexistent Request

Preconditions:
User must be logged in on two different browsers: one as Admin and the other as Super-Admin.
The system must contain at least one application of the 'login with configuration' type.

Steps of Reproduction:

1. [Admin] Navigate to the "Toate aplicatiile" page
2. [Admin] Access the app, request access, and stay on that page
3. [Super-Admin] Reject the respective request
4. [Admin] Click on "Anuleaza solicitare" button

Expected Result:
4. The following error is displayed: "Solicitarea nu a putut fi trimisă," and the page does refresh.

Actual Result:
4. The following error is displayed: "Solicitarea nu a putut fi trimisă," and the page does NOT refresh.

Note:
This can be confusing for users because the request no longer exists, and nothing will happen until the user manually refreshes the page to notice this.
This occurs in other situations as well.
