[TBD] Inconstancy on Users Counter Displayed On The 'Lista ONG-uri' Tab

Notes:

1. Login as Super-Admin
2. Access the 'Toate aplicatiile' page
3. Select an app and access it
4. Go to 'Lista ONG-uri' tab

Inconstancy:

• in the current scenario, the counter includes active and restricted users who have access to the app, as well as users with 'pending' status.
• There are various counters throughout the application, and there are inconsistencies among them

Example:

• Utilizatori Individuali counter in 'Lista ONG-uri' (/application/8/installs) includes active/restricted and in pending users (employees only)
• Utilizatori counter in 'ONG-uri' (/organizations) includes only active and restricted users (employees only)
