The elements from the /table/<table_no> page are not very well aligned

Describe the bug
On the page table/39 the elements from the top and the bottom of the page keeps their absolute position even if the wide of window is resized, some of them going beyond the edges of the page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Manage tables
2. Click on table you want to see data
3. Scroll down to the bottom
4. Resize the window, especially the wide of the window
5. See error: the elements from the top and the bottom of the page are not very well aligned

Expected behavior
All the elements from the top and the bottom of the table page to remain visible on page
