Mouseover text for buttons

Describe the bug
Visual issue. The buttons from the database list have default mouseover text (eye outline icon, archive outline icon, download icon)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the "Manage database" section. Click on "Manage tables"
2. Create a table if there aren't any.
3. Hover the mouse over the eye icon.
4. See error

Expected behavior
It should show some description of the button
