Migrate to MyMLH V3 #301
Description
MLH has updated MyMLH to version V3 as of 12 August 2020. MLH has removed support for the following user fields:
- dietary_restrictions
- shirt_size
- special_needs
As BrickHack (along with other events that use HM) depend on these fields, we'll need to find a way to continue supporting them for MyMLH users. This will probably require moving the questions from the identity portion of the questionnaire to the event-specific questions.
