Add null check for required MyMLH data

MyMLH currently has a bug where it is not collecting school information during new user registration. Thus, no information is flowing from the user.school endpoint causing a null query on our database. For all required data we depend on from MyMLH, if it is null, display a flash "Failed to retrieve required information from MyMLH, please continue manually."
