Convert react-google-maps to @react-google-maps/api

The package we're using at the moment hasn't been updated in several years, and is abandoned. With the recent vulnerabilities of some npm packages, we should try to update/convert to the newer, more actively maintained package here: https://github.com/JustFly1984/react-google-maps-api
