Steps for Meep App 2020 version:

1. Author primary user story : What is the primary purpose of this new application? What value should a user extract from this application?
2. UI Design and Prototype: Create a rapid prototype of the user interface with a tool like uxpin.
3. Determine data schema: Based on the user story, what data schemas do we need to maintain? What are the required form fields for this application? How are we grouping these data pools?
4. Determine server-side support: Create a RESTFul interface for data modeling. Deliver a portal for admins.
5. Create Graphical interface: What graphs would we like to build to deliver value to our users?
