orlando.rb is a simple ruby script that will pull data on historical landmarks and police dispatch calls and output into a CityGram readable JSON format
Moved from functional implementation to OOP. New services only need to create new child class and add an entry to optionDict. Police service is operational, but will need to have time property reformatted before being Citygram compliant.
