Error with authorization

Unable to upgrade to python 3.9 and dependencies.

For some reason the authorization feature in chalice gets this error:

Unable to import module 'chalicelib.v1_routes': No module named 'pynamodb'

Seems to be related to this reported issue: aws/chalice#1806

Might ofc be related to a new version of chalice. Will try to debug this a bit more

Still seems to work with newer chalice version so it might be python 3.9 related. Or related to how lambda works with python 3.9 🤷

#55 caused the same issues. It feels like some caching might make this hard to debug. Will test bumping chalice again and let that run for a while I guess
