Switch to maintained fork of html-minifier-terser

We’ve relied on Minify for several years now. Thank you for this most useful tool.

html-minifier-terser started out as an actively maintained fork of html-minifier, but was abandoned two years ago.

Jens Oliver Meiert recently took it upon himself to maintain it with his fork html-minifier-next: https://www.npmjs.com/package/html-minifier-next

There might be a case for Minify to switch dependency to this maintained fork at some point.

Can we add ability to choose in a similar way to js section, so both are installed, old one was default, and we can enable new one optionally?

According to the author of html-minifier-next (j9t/html-minifier-next#36 (comment)), it's basically the same thing as html-minifier-terser with dependencies brought up to date and a security bug fixed. And full compatibility with -terser will be maintained.

If there's any doubts about this last point, perhaps we can do a bit more testing rather than bury the better version behind an option?
