Explanation
Added a FDA data loader script. Will close #30 when @hodgesr2 finishes the python code to join FDA with RxNorm tables.
Rationale
Will eventually need this as part of this issue.

Queried the resulting
packageandproducttables with DBeaver. Note: we possibly don't needpackagebut loading it just in case we do.
