Release

Create a first release. It'll needed change header in library to be installed in Unix system.

Unix

• A release that do Ubuntu, Debian and other distributions Debian Like.
• A Makefile that accept an easy installation process to other distributions.

Windows

• A package to be installed in windows operating system. If it' possible. But it's not priority.

A note about this issue

• This issue have to be developed after Revision Needed #33.
