On iPad click action fails

On ipad when you click on menu icon it will not open the sidebar
Failure conditions

1. Page with scroll - when you scroll down the page it will fail to open (Tried by adding more content on same page as in template)

Working Conditions

1. On page without scroll works properly
2. Page with scroll -- scroll position top - works properly
