This change looks like design guidance rather than describing what the variant prop does. It may not be the best fit for our docs site which is tailored to engineers

What changed? Why?
This PR updates figma code connect for Tray and Carousel. It also updates SlideButton docs.
Root cause (required for bugfixes)
SlideButton wasn't clear that users should rely on
onChangeto determine the checked state.Tour and Carousel have had figma changes published and so we are updating those.
