runner.py now prints the exact shell command to terminal before executing it. It also now contains some contextualizing comments that ought to become proper documentation.
This also adds some debug messages in resolve_includes.sc
For example: ``` $file = "path/to/file.php" include_once($file) ``` We now resolve the $file variable by identifying its local assignments.
