This is intended for later use in controlsd, to display NO_ENTRY alerts without attempting engagement. * Update Volkswagen safety model ID from "vw" to "volkswagen" to be consistent with the existing community port. * Remove the separate increase and decrease buttons. A different approach has been discussed and agreed to. * Per conversation with Riccardo, pulling the preEntry thing until later.

Reverts #2
As indicated on #2 the dbc file I claimed was for the Ford Fusion (given that Dataspeed was using it on the Lincoln MKZ) contains instead private dataspeed codes.
Therefore the best course forward is to revert the commit. I'll keep investigating and try to submit a new one after sniffing them from the car myself.
