[Epic 2] Change user permission per entity

User story

As an administrator, I want to change a user’s permission level on a specific entity (e.g., Viewer → Editor), so that their access reflects their current responsibilities.

Description

In View user -> All permission table , Permission column acts as a dropdown that allows the admin to change the user's access inline, with restrictions and flows depending on the current permission level and the selected action.

Dropdown options (Figma):

• Owner
• Editor
• Viewer
• Transfer ownership
• Remove access

Acceptance criteria

• Column permission is a dropdown (dropdown options will depend on the current permission)
• info button + tooltip for each permission
• Permission change logic per entity based on this flows + this matrix
