View individual user's permissions

User Story

As an administrator, I want to view the permissions list in a user’s profile, so that I can manage access efficiently.

Description

This issue covers the permissions list tab in the UI for the individual team member page. It includes a tabbed layout with three sections:

• User details (basic info + role management)
• Permissions (list of entities user has access to)
• Activity log (view of user’s recent actions)

🔒 Note: A user has access to Paul via NGO Hub.
To manage access (add/remove from team), user needs to go the NGO Hub access panel.
User details (name, email) cannot be edited in Paul — only the role is editable.

Acceptance criteria

• Permissions tab:
  • Table with: Entity name, Entity type (Set de date, Tabelă, Card), Current permission (dropdown with Viewer, Editor, Owner), Shared with (number of users or avatar group), Last edited by timestamp
  • Action menu per each row: View Entity, Transfer Ownership, Remove Access
  • Inline dropdown disabled if: User is current Owner → Tooltip: Ownership must be transferred first.
  • "Add Permission" button opens modal (explained in issue [Epic 2] Add permission to an entity #39 )
• Search and filters for
  • All permissions

Business rules

• User details are managed via NGO Hub only.
• Only Admins can change roles or permissions in Paul. (to check w Miruna)
• Ownership must be transferred before a user can be downgraded from Owner. (to check w Miruna)
• Users cannot have their access removed if they are the sole Owner of an entity. (to check w Miruna)
