As a shelter user, I want to be able to mark a stay's end date as indefinite because many people don't know the end date when they first arrive in a shelter.
Implement a checkbox under the End date field labeled "Indefinite end date", which will disable the End date field and mark the stay as "current" until an end date is added.
If checked -> Replace the end date with the text "Indefinite" in view mode.
If the checkbox is unselected, the field End date is enabled, and a date can be selected.
