User Story

As a user, I want to be able to access the Resources page so that I can see all available guides.

Description

The Resources page allows to user to view and access guides withing the app.
The provided guides can be of three types: URLs, PDF files or In App Guides.
The page will also feature an empty state design displayed when no such guides are available.

Preconditions

• The user must access the app as a “Citizen”.

Main flow

1. The user navigates to the Resources page.
2. A list of available guides is displayed.
3. Each guide shows the document name, type and creation date.
4. User can tap on a guide to view its contents.

Business Rules

1. Guides can be either a PDF file, external URL or an in-app guide.
2. Each guide must have a name, type (Filetype PDF, In app guide, External URL) and creation date.
3. Guides are sorted by creation date, with the most recent at the top.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The Resources page must be accessible from the bottom menu.
2. If no guides have been provided by the NGO, the page's empty state will be displayed.
3. The URL type guides will open in the device’s default browser.
4. User is able to search for a specific guide using the search function.
