Adding Coalition to an event (Super Admin)

• When assigning NGOs to an election event, after click on “Assign Organisations” button, it will appear a modal asking the Super Admin to assign individual NGO(s) or coalition(s).

• When assigning a coalition for an election event, it is needed:

  • Coalition name input
  • Coalition cordinator selector
  • Coalition members multi-selector
    (Figma modal)

Event details changes (NGO Admin)

• For an independent NGO which is not part of a coalition, under event details card, it will be shown a card named "Details on assigned organization(s), which will contain the variable that defines the name of the NGO (Figma)
• Both for coalition coordinator (Figma) and NGO part of the coalition (Figma), under event details card, it will be shown a card named "Details on assigned organization(s), which will contain the variables that defines the coalition (Coalition name, Coalition coordinator, Coalition members)

Managing forms by the coalition coordinator (NGO Admin)

• Coalition coordinator should be able to create and publish forms for its organization, for the entire coalition or only for some organizations of the coalition. After click on publish button, it will be displayed this modal
• For the coalition coordinator, an extra column is needed in the form table, "Shared with". At hover a tooltip with the names of the NGOs will appear.
• Only the coalition coordinator should be able to delete or make obsolete a published form

Managing forms by the NGO part of the coalition (NGO Admin) (Figma)

• An NGO part of the coalition should be able to add its own forms, besides the forms received from the coalition coordinator. The form status of these forms will remain "published"
• For the forms published by coalition, the status should pe relabeled accordingly "published by coalition"
• An NGO part of the coalition can not modify a form published by the coalition. The options are disabled with tooltip message at hover as in Figma
• In view mode, the edit button should be disabled with the same tooltip message (Figma)

Responses for the coalition coordinator (Figma) (NGO Admin)

• The coalition coordinator should be able to switch between his organization's responses and coalition responses (All NGOs part of the coalition)
• Switching between this views will be done through a toggle "Show coalition responses".
• To differentiate the 2 states, it is necessary to adapt the title from the table as follows:
  • When toggle OFF -> Responses from my NGO / Quick reports from my NGO (DEFAULT STATE of the toggle)
  • When toggle ON -> Responses from coalition (All NGOs) / Quick reports from coalition (All NGOs)
• Observer data should be hidden for the coalition coordinator (hashing) - show only observer ID

Dashboard for the coalition coordinator (NGO Admin)

• The coalition coordinator should be able to switch between his organization's indicators and coalition indicators
• Same toggle as above "Show coalition dashboard"
  • Key indicators for my NGO Figma
  • Key indicator for coalition (All NGOs) Figma
