what is the doubt ?

I wanted to confirm my understanding of this issue. Should I create a new responsive landing page, or should I update the existing pages (like the home or dashboard) to make them responsive across devices?
I wasn’t able to find any home or dashboard folder or file in the project. Should I make the necessary changes in the index.html file instead to ensure that page is responsive?
