Indent guides broken on PyCharm 2025.2.4

IDE native line indentation guide is disabled when gitscope (2025.2.1) enabled.
Repair IDE or Invalidate caches and restart doesn't work either, all is fine after gitscope is disabled again.

On which platform do you see this behavior (Win, Linux or Mac)?

I am able to reproduce the issue. For me the indentation guides come and go a bit depending on the refresh state of the Git Scope window. Will look into if this can be solved somehow.

The 2025.3 release should be available soon on Jetbrains Marketplace, the disappearing indent guides should be fixed from what I have been able to test.
